My order showed up quicker than I thought it would, and everything went smoothly. No issues with shipping at all, which definitely made me feel confident ordering again.

The warranty return got handled in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. It did take some back and forth and felt kind of slow at times, which was annoying, but the support team eventually sorted it out. Overall, not terrible, just not exactly smooth either.

I ordered a couple of parts from sinisterdiesel.com for my truck, and overall I was happy with what showed up. The quality was better than I was expecting, everything felt sturdy, the welds looked clean, and the finish was nice without anything seeming cheap or thrown together.
The install went fairly smoothly, and the parts fit the way they were supposed to. Nothing’s been giving me trouble so far after running them for a bit. If I had to nitpick, I wouldn’t say the experience was wildly different from any other good parts order, but the quality was definitely there, and I’d feel comfortable buying from them again.

I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and it was kind of a mixed experience. They did get back to me eventually and the issue was fixed, so I’ll give them that. But it took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up more than once, which made it feel like my message wasn’t exactly a priority. Not the worst experience, but they could definitely be quicker and a lot clearer with updates
